2) Clean Printing & Finishes

Soy-based inks and water-based coatings with tight CMYK/Pantone control. Foil, emboss/deboss, and spot UV used thoughtfully to keep recyclability in mind.


3) Design for Recycling & Reuse

Mono-material builds, paperboard/corrugated inserts, easy-separate components, and removable magnets where required. Reusable book-style and rigid structures extend product life.


4) Responsible Manufacturing

Environmental systems to ISO 14001, quality to ISO 9001, and safety to ISO 45001. Social compliance monitored via amfori audits.


5) Safer Materials & Testing

RoHS-compliant inputs with SGS test reports available by lot. Clear documentation for retailers and marketplaces.


6) Lower-Impact Logistics

Right-sized engineering and flat-pack collapsible rigid boxes reduce freight volume and warehouse space without losing a luxury unboxing.

  • Boards & Papers: FSC® white/brown kraft, coated art paper, rigid greyboard, recycled content options.


  • Inks & Coatings: Soy-based inks, water-based varnish, soft-touch, matte/gloss lamination.

  • Inserts: Paperboard/corrugated trays, card dividers; EVA or blister only when necessary—with paper alternatives recommended first.
